Tuition & Fees Information 2016-2017
(link to enrollment form in PDF format)

Tuition fees are based on the total number of lessons during the school year, NOT on the number of lessons per month
For your convenience, yearly tuition may be divided into ten (10) payments paid at enrollment and September through May.
Students starting classes after September 15 will receive a prorated tuition amount. Tuition payments are due by the 15th of the month.

We are a family friendly studio! Tuition is based on the total number of hours of dance every member of the family is enrolled.
For example: Sarah takes 2 hours,  Kevin takes 1 hour, and Mom takes 1.5 hours; the family’s total dance hours are 4.5 hours,
therefore tuition is $239 a payment. For families taking 7 or more hours, our Family Tuition cap is $310 per payment.

For our dancers without family members also dancing, our tuition cap is $250 per payment.

A late fee of $25.00 will be added to any tuition account which is paid after the 15th of the month.
Students whose tuition is more than 30 days late will be dropped from the class roster.

The Academy does not have a billing service; it is your responsibility to pay tuition on time.
Payment can be made by check, money order, cash, credit card, debit card, or PayPal.

There is a $30. service charge if the bank does not honor your check.

There is a one-time enrollment fee of $30.00 for new students, payable when you enroll.
This “one-time” policy applies only if a student remains continuously enrolled.
If you drop and later re-enroll, the $30.00 charge is re-applied.

Tuition and fees are non-refundable. Refunds will not be given for days missed due to absences,
holidays or weather-related closings. Credit may be given in the event of a medical emergency and
will be considered on a case-by-case basis. If classes are cancelled due to inclement weather,
the Director will post a make up schedule in the Academy lobby.

All students are invited to participate in our Annual Concert. Information about the concert will be made available
at the beginning of March 2016. Every participating student pays a theater rental fee plus $25 per costume;
we do NOT charge for tickets - families are welcome to bring as many guests as they would like;
the more the merrier!
Performance fees are due in April.
